EliteHub NG is an escrow marketplace. When you place an order, your payment is held in escrow — it is never released to the seller until you confirm delivery.
Buyers have 7 calendar days from the date they confirm delivery in the EliteHub NG app to open a dispute.
After 7 days, the payment is automatically released to the seller and the transaction is considered final.
Each seller sets a warranty period at the time of listing, visible on every product page under "Protection". This determines how long you can return a defective item:
