The seller is notified and ships your item. You receive real-time tracking updates through the EliteHub NG app.
Once your item arrives and you're satisfied, you confirm delivery in the app. Only then does the seller receive payment.
Item wrong or damaged? Open a dispute in the app. Our team reviews the evidence and issues a refund where warranted.
You have 7 daysafter delivery to open a dispute if there's a problem with your order. After 7 days, payment is automatically released to the seller.
